We are selling our home in CA and buying a new home in NC. Our agent recommended Pineland Inspections. The inspection was scheduled when we needed it to happen. We could not be in NC for the inspection; however, I received the very detailed and thorough report within a few hours. I reviewed the report. Jon conducted our 11-month inspection of our new build. He listened to our concerns & proceeded with the most thorough inspection I’ve ever had on a home. He utilizes a drone for a better view of the property. But if you're looking for a man who knows what he's talking about, for a fair price, will bluntly tell you what's wrong, while still being nice about it, he's your guy. The report Jon gave me was fantastic and detailed, he also gave me a detailed walk through on the things he looks for and what he was looking at while it was happening. Jon came out did a moisture intrusion inspection. He told us the good things we had already done and a few ways to improve. He is very detailed, explains everything and saving us money in the long run!

Jon was extremely professional and down to earth. His inspection was through and very informative with how he sets up his report. He also was able to communicate issues on the sight with the builder while he was on sight. He documents every finding and even basic homeowner information and shows you what to expect and walks you through everything you need to do to get a positive result. Jon has a very user friendly website where we were able to access our house inspection report on the same day of the inspection. He went over every item on the report so we could be completely informed on our big purchase. He communicated often and rescheduled when we needed. Highly recommend!
